LHi Group are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Lead based in our New York office. The US arm of our business has seen year on year growth, now operating in 4 locations, we have an excellent operations function to compliment over 150 full desk recruiters. We have recently onboarded our new Head of US Learning & Development and looking to build the team with regional trainers in both New York and Los Angeles.

The role will be supporting predominantly entry level to Principal Consultant level full desk / 360 consultants. The role has a variety of aspects from systems training & onboarding for new starters to candidate / client masterclasses and performance enhancement planning / delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The Learning & Development Lead role involves managing multiple training programs, from scheduling to execution, ensuring continuous improvement and adapting based on feedback. You will deliver engaging sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to diverse audiences, promoting practical sales and recruitment best practices. Through one-on-one coaching, you’ll address skill gaps, set goals, and track progress while maintaining confidentiality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about developing talent.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You have experience in Learning & development within a recruitment company, facilitating onboarding and advanced curriculum in a 360 sales environment.
• You demonstrate strong facilitation skills with a focus on audience engagement and practical application, rather than a lecturing style.
• You are comfortable and skilled at conducting role plays and call coaching sessions.
• You are self-driven, accountable, solutions-focused, and proactive in your approach.
• You possess gravitas and excel in stakeholder management, building strong relationships across levels.
