Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food and beverages.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service during peak hours.
- Continuously improve knowledge of coffee products and brewing techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods is a plus.
