Job Overview:
As a Customer Service and Billing Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling billing operations. You will work closely with both the operations and accounting teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer billing inquiries, discrepancies, and adjustments in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and update account information.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to billing or logistics and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and billing details.
- Prepare reports and assist with any administrative duties as required.
