Lime is looking for a Global Program Manager – Fleet Quality to lead initiatives that ensure high-quality repairs, process compliance, fleet reliability, and rider safety across our global operations. In this role, you will spearhead our Quality Control program, driving standardization and best practices across all markets. Additionally, you will manage fleet recalls, retrofits, and upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep our vehicles safe, up-to-date, and performing at their best.

You will work closely with teams across multiple countries and backgrounds to enhance repair processes, implement operational improvements, and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. We are a remote first company! For many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. As this is a hybrid position requiring you to go into a warehouse three times per week, it's preferred that the individual hired for this role be within 1 hour commute from Lime's warehouse in one of the following locations :
Seattle, Washington DC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, New York City, Minneapolis, Austin, or Atlanta
What you'll do :
- Lead & Manage Global Quality Control : Oversee implementation, development, and continuous improvement of Lime's QC processes in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and local Operations teams.
- Manage Recalls, Retrofits & Upgrades : Ensure seamless execution of hardware updates, fleet safety initiatives, and reliability improvements, partnering with Hardware Engineering and Trust & Safety teams.
- Analyze & Drive Hardware Reliability Improvements : Use data-driven insights to identify performance trends and failure points, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Engineering teams.
- Strategic Planning & Execution : Contribute to the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets, driving alignment across global teams.
- Influence & Implement Best Practices : Partner with Training, Hardware, and Compliance teams to establish quality standards, training programs, and SOPs.
- Foster a Culture of Compliance & Continuous Improvement : Ensure repair SOPs are followed, challenged when needed, and systematically improved, serving as a hardware subject matter expert across our global fleet.
About you :
The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $166,000.00. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
