Overview
Li's Hot Pot & BBQ is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host to join our team in a fast-paced, All You Cant Eat, Hot Pot and KBBQ restaurant. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide guests with accurate wait time estimates
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and take initial drink orders
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information
- Support team with side work as well as opening and closing duties
- Monitor dining area to track table status (occupied, dirty, or clean)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
