Lia Toyota Colonie is seeking an experienced Service BDC Manager to join our service team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $50k-$70k based on experience
SIGN ON BONUS: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
Organized and ambitious self-starter
Enthusiastic personality
Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
Ability to provide quality customer service
Computer literacy
Prompt & courteous
Professional personal appearance & excellent verbal/written communication
Must have clean & valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train, lead and manage other Service BDC agents for other dealerships and/or brands.
Answer customer calls and establish follow ups with service appointments
Work closely with Service manager(s) and perform other duties assigned by manager
