Are you a people person who loves checking in, making sure everyone's happy and keeping things running smoothly? As our Liaison Creative Marketing HR Account Manager, you'll be the friendly bridge between our employees and clients – part human resources guru, part customer service pro. You'll ensure our employees feel supported and engaged while keeping our clients in the loop on how our team members are thriving. Basically, you're the behind-the-scenes MVP success manager. We've been building top-tier marcom and creative teams for Fortune 500 companies for 33 years, and we know that great employee experiences lead to great client experiences. That's where you come in, working alongside our VP of HR to ensure smooth onboarding/orientation, employee engagement, and creating new opportunities to keep things exciting. This role is hybrid, so you'll need to be in the Austin, Texas, area and able to work at our central Austin office twice a week.
- Make onboarding a great experience – Guide new employees as they start their journey, partnering with our HR coordinator to ensure a seamless transition into our clients' environments (whether remote, hybrid, or onsite)
- Be the go-to person for employees – Build strong relationships through one-on-one check-ins, helping employees navigate challenges, grow their skills, and feel connected. Basically, you're their HR bestie
- Keep clients in the loop – Stay in touch with our clients to make sure employees are thriving and gather insights on how we can help them grow and serve them better
- Plan engaging employee experiences – Work closely with the VP of HR to level up employee engagement—building on our mentoring program, community volunteering, and fun company initiatives
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- 3-5 years of HR experience (employee engagement, onboarding, conflict resolution, skills enhancement)
- A personality that shines – You should be approachable, positive, and able to handle the ups and downs of HR with a great sense of humor
- Marketing or high-tech industry exposure – Not required, but definitely helpful since our clients are global tech and we focus in the marketing space
- HR-related degree or certification? That's a big plus
- Austin-based candidates only – We need someone local and ready to jump in ASAP

Skills:
- Comfortable using databases to track and sort (nothing fancy, just being organized!)
- Experienced with Mac computers a plus
