Craft Culture, a unique restaurant located inside 1623 Brewing Co. operated through a collaboration between the McKelvin & Liberatore's family owned businesses, is looking for a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team. Rooted in community values and a commitment to exceptional service, Craft Culture offers a dining experience that celebrates social connections and culinary exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly 1on1's with Leaders & Peers to address operational goals.
- Attend weekly Operations Meetings to stay aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure effective use of Toast POS for operational execution and team management.
- Maintain exemplary food and beverage knowledge to support team training.
- Enforce and coach team members on the established Steps of Service for service excellence.
- Guide and mentor the team on utilizing KPI boards to track and achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in FOH roles with leadership experience.
- Ability to work 8-14 hour shifts and be hands-on in any FOH position when needed.
- Operational knowledge of ToastPOS or another electronic ordering/POS platform.
- Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
- Commitment to upholding Craft Culture's values of hospitality, teamwork, and self-improvement.
