About the Role:
As a Vibration Analyst, you will play a key role in our condition monitoring and predictive maintenance efforts. This position is ideal for a Road Warrior - someone who enjoys travel and working directly with clients to ensure the reliability and performance of critical industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vibration data collection, analysis, and reporting to detect machinery faults.
- Utilize AMS/Emerson software for predictive maintenance and asset management.
- Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, and recommendations for rotating equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and reliability teams to implement solutions.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to perform fieldwork and assessments.
Requirements:
- Category II or III (or above) Vibration Analyst certification (per ISO 18436-2 standards).
- Proficiency with AMS/Emerson systems for data collection and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to interpret vibration data and recommend corrective actions.
- Willingness to travel as required (this is a field-based role).
