Compensation Package:

• $95,000 - $120,000 & a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.

• The final salary will be commensurate with experience

Initial Two to Three-Year Contract

Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of successful school leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Missouri superintendent licensure/ certificate – must be in process

• 
  Strong budget and finance experience

• Relatable communicator

• Good community engagement skills
