Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager for our Alternative Healthcare clinic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities to effectively manage marketing campaigns across various channels. Candidate must be willing to travel to areas where our offices are located. Ranging from Clay County, St Johns County, and Putnam County.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Visit other local facilities to build a relationship/collaboration with them.
- Meet with business owners/ office location managers to create targeted advertising strategies that drive conversions.
- Attend local networking events
- Manage content creation for various platforms on social media.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and attend local events to promote the brand and build clientele.
Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing management role with a successful track record in driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing techniques and analytics tools.
- Experience in conducting market research and utilizing insights to inform strategy.
- Proficiency in creating compelling content across various formats.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

***This is a 1099 position. You will be responsible for visiting our local offices and traveling within the area. Must have reliable transportation. Paid weekly salary via Direct Deposit and also earn monthly bonuses based on marketing efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
