Range Safety Officer / Front Desk Associate

Liberation Firearms Training is looking to hire those who think outside the box and desire to be the best. Knowledge and enthusiasm about firearms is critical as well as positive attitude and professional appearance.

What you will be responsible for:

· Representing the safety of the indoor shooting range at all times

· Maintaining a level of assertiveness that ensures all shooters follow the safety rules

· Assisting with duties of the range according to the Chief RSO

· Promoting and ensuring safety of all shooters

· Being present on the shooting lane when range is in use

· Checking shooters in, and out, of the firing range ensuring accuracy of information

· Assisting with firing lane reservations in person and online

· Greeting shooters and providing them with exceptional customer service

· Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions

· Utilizing Google Calendar to schedule classes and individual trainings

· Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

·Answering phone calls

·Providing information about indoor shooting range and all services offered

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Is comfortable with firearms

· Is highly motivated

· Can easily operate Google Calendar and Google Drive

· Understands the importance of scheduling and knows how to avoid scheduling conflicts

· Presents a professional appearance at all times

· Is persuasive and can quickly engage visitors to align their needs with our products/services

· Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written

· Has the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

· Has experience working in a fast-paced environment

**Familiarity with weapon handling and safety is required**

**This position requires open availability as you will be working late morning, afternoon and evening hours 3 days out of the week**
