JOB DESCRIPTION

- Pay Range: $26-28/HR, $54,080- $58,240 per year
- Reporting To: HR Manager
- Work Type: On-site
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting duties, to ensure timely recruiting, hiring and onboarding within Libertana Home Health. The Recruiter will work directly with the Managers and other members of the HR team to make sure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of various employment and hiring laws and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other technology tools
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ensure follow-through.
- Ability to draft effective ads for posting purposes.
- Must be comfortable performing warm and cold calls.
- Proven internet research and sourcing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a representation of the major duties and responsibilities of this position. The agency will provide reasonable accommodation to allow otherwise qualified applicants with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline for open positions throughout the organization by proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through resume databases, job boards, employee referrals, networking and internal databases.
- Maintain a pool of candidates for positions that are not yet available but will be in the coming future (ie: Caregivers, LVNs, RNs)
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed and Facebook)
- Develop and post openings on various job boards and company websites utilizing ATS system.
- Developing and creating recruiting strategies that generate new leads.
- Prepare short- and long-term recruitment strategies that align with the business goals. Build and cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals and business development leads.
- Review resumes and cover letters, screen candidates, conduct all first candidate interviews (via phone, in-person, and/or video), and schedule follow up interviews with department managers.
- Engage prospective candidates and facilitate applications via social media and other platforms.
- Extend conditional offers of employment.
- Accurately maintain workflows in our applicant tracking system
- Works with department managers and leads to gather and understand position requirements and skills needed for each position within the department.
- Meet regularly with department managers/leads to understand position and skill requirements. Also stay up to date with current vacancies and anticipated staffing needs as business progresses.
- Participate in community-based recruitments events including attending nursing schools and attend job fairs.
- Work with the VP of HR and the HR manager to create a recruitment budget and diverse outreach campaign.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard on a frequent basis.
- Close vision requirements due to computer work on a frequent basis.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (not more than 20lbs).
Salary : $54,080 - $58,240
