Job Overview :
Demonstrate exceptional teacher leadership :
- Directly coach a caseload of teachers to further develop their instructional skills to engage 100% of scholars
- Progress monitors students who need the most academic support.
- Lead Literacy and Math Intervention
- Observe lessons regularly and deliver targeted feedback to teachers
- Coach teachers on leveraging blended learning practices to build scholars technology literacy, maximize instructional time, and personalize learning
