Position Summary :
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing cleaning and light housekeeping duties of Liberty Alliance office spaces and corporate housing locations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining clean, welcoming and professional environments. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Office Cleaning :
Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Deep cleaning after guest stays (dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, etc.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including operating various machines and equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking bending, crouching, and reaching. Tasks may require lifting, carrying, or moving objects up to 25 pounds. The may also involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional climbing of stairs.
