What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Liberty Athletic Club?
Liberty Athletic Club is in search of an enthusiastic team member to join the Front Desk!
The primary goal of this position is to ensure members and guests have a pleasant experience. The front desk accommodates the member's/guests requests within the guidelines of Liberty.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Communicates club-wide information as it pertains to change of seasons, programs, objectives, procedures, etc. in order for the department to achieve success.
- Achieves customer service objectives by fielding and handling questions and concerns as they pertain to all areas of the club.
- Communicate new policies and procedures regarding program enrollment and scheduling in order to maximize club efficiency and improve customer experiences.
- Maximizes enrollment in club programs, events, birthday parties, classes, training, etc., by promoting the club and assisting with the scheduling process.
- Offers additional support to new programs and mediums in order to reduce miscommunication, increase efficiency, and strengthen the program.
- Communicates and works well with other department managers to ensure the success of the business.
- Oversees the cleanliness of the working environment.
- Ambassador in the community for Liberty Athletic Club.
Available Shifts:
- Saturday (Closing) 3.30pm - 8pm
- Sunday (Closing) 4.30pm - 9.30pm
Skills/Qualifications: Customer service, communication, desk experience, training, decision making, conflict resolution, and consistent follow-through.

**This is not a seasonal position. Looking for long-term candidates.**
