SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Escrow Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for supporting Escrow and Insurance payment and monitoring for Commercial and Residential loans. Also, as needed, may be responsible for new and on-going servicing of Commercial Real Estate, Resort Finance, Syndicated, Community Banking and Small Business loans. Responsible for ensuring loan files are properly documented, the loan is boarded on the CORE system correctly and in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide courteous, efficient, and personalized service to internal customers
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information as directed by Bank Policy and Regulatory Requirements
- Responsible for compliance of all regulations pertinent to the operations of Residential and Consumer Mortgage Servicing including: RESPA, HOPA, FEMA, TILA, FDIC & CFPB, etc.
- Responsible for compliance of all flood insurance maintenance, monitoring and disbursing payments from escrow accounts.
- Responsible for compliance of all tax disbursement analysis, reconciliation of disbursement reports and timely execution of tax payments.
- Responsible for and analysis of mortgage insurance records and pays monthly premiums when due.
- Responsible for homeowner insurance maintenance reports utilizing third party vendor and ensures timely renewal records executing force placement when warranted.
- Process servicing functions to be compliant within regulatory constraints for residential mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, home equity and overdraft protection lines of credit, automobile, boat, mobile home and second mortgage loans.
- Maintain the integrity of the loan portfolio through the review; tracking, payment, customer and third party follow up as relates to Homeowners, PMI, Flood, Property Taxes and Escrow Analysis.
- Process Insurance tracking uploads; provide research assistance to 3rd Party Insurance Tracking vendor
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to both internal and external customers via thorough knowledge of product, policy, regulatory requirements and technical ability.
- Service customers via dedicated 800 number, addressing inquiries and problem resolution on any facet of Servicing.
- Responsible for sending a wide array of correspondence to customers on a daily basis.
- Complete GL Account Reconciliations
- Meets all goals for productivity, quality and turnaround times.
- Remains up to date on all Liberty Bank policies and department procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by team leader, supervisor or manager
- Participate in Team Meetings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong working knowledge of Insight or proven ability to learn complex transactional systems.
- 3-5 years prior Loan Servicing, Imaging and/or equivalent financial professional experience required.
- Possess aptitude for learning imaging software and recognizing problems that are software or system related.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal communication, ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Math and accounting aptitude; analytical skills.
- Accurately and efficiently performs all servicing functions in keeping with regulatory requirements.
