- Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on bank products and services.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry and transaction processing.
- Implement fraud prevention detection measures to safeguard customer accounts and bank assets.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Skills
- Proficient in cash management and handling, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Strong math skills for performing calculations related to banking operations.
- Familiarity with financial services and banking procedures is preferred.
