Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing various banking transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of cash handling and basic math skills, along with the ability to build relationships with customers.

Duties

• Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on bank products and services.
• Utilize 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry and transaction processing.
• Implement fraud prevention detection measures to safeguard customer accounts and bank assets.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure confidentiality of customer information.

Skills

• Proficient in cash management and handling, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Strong math skills for performing calculations related to banking operations.
• Familiarity with financial services and banking procedures is preferred.
• Ability to detect potential fraud through keen observation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and support.
