SUMMARY OF THE JOB :
As the Executive Assistant at Liberty Bank, this role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Retail Banking Officer. The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, handling confidential information, organizing travel arrangements, managing office systems, and assisting with project management tasks. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This role contributes directly to the operational efficiency and success of Liberty Bank, supporting the bank’s leadership in maintaining strategic goals and fostering a positive work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Project Management and Accuracy and Attention to Detail :
Completes all projects, including creating presentations, as assigned.
Reviews in detail every invoice, expense report, contract, etc. presented to ensure accuracy prior to seeking the CRBO’s approval.
Listens attentively and communicates both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Manages daily clerical responsibilities including answering phone calls, promptly managing mail and email, scheduling meetings, creating reports and filing systems, printing documents, and organizing the department and logistics as needed.
