Liberty Behavioral and Community Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead, manage, and oversee our behavioral health services. This is a leadership role that involves designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral health programs for individuals and communities in need. The Program Director will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continued program development. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals through behavioral health services. - Program Management & Leadership:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the behavioral services programs, ensuring effective implementation of services that meet client needs
- Supervise and provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals, including Adaptive skills therapists, Conduct Specialist, and support staff
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and compliance with financial goals
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that supports staff development and engagement
- Client Services & Case Management:
- Monitor the delivery of behavioral services to ensure clients are receiving appropriate interventions and support
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and oversee their evaluation
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and other service providers to ensure coordination of care
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all services meet or exceed industry standards, state regulations, and organizational policies
- Implement and monitor quality assurance practices to track program outcomes and client satisfaction
- Stay informed of new developments and best practices in the behavioral health field and incorporate them into program planning and delivery
- Training & Development:
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of best practices in behavioral health
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that the team stays current with relevant certifications, licensure, and training requirements
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies to support the growth and sustainability of behavioral services
- Participate in community outreach and advocacy efforts to raise awareness of behavioral health issues and available services
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong background in program development, management, and evaluation
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families in community or clinical settings
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff, clients, families, and external partners
- In-depth knowledge of behavioral health practices, therapeutic interventions, and relevant regulatory guidelines
- Ability to analyze data, assess program effectiveness, and implement improvements
- Knowledge of relevant software for case management, data tracking, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must be able to pass background checks and meet other pre-employment screening requirements
