Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
