Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Supervise and support staff members, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care for residents.
- Monitor resident health and wellness, addressing any changes in condition or needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staffing, and facility operations.
- Assist with budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds while maintaining quality services.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction and engagement among residents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retirement home or nursing home setting is preferred.
- Background in nursing or healthcare management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of memory care practices and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong skills in operations management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and understanding when dealing with seniors and their families.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- A registered nurse will be preferable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
