Position: Full-Time Classroom Teacher
Location: White Bear Lake or Hugo, MN
Duration: Permanent Hire starting August 2025
Subject/Grade Level: 4th Grade, 1st Grade
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Classical curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student participation.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a structured atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to support the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to classical learning styles and effectively instruct with classical methods.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
