The Human Resource Specialist works directly with all residents, family and employees. Responsible for the timely input of information within the accounting systems and the management office. Directly involved in the maintenance of trust accounting records, census information, medical billing, timely collection of accounts receivable from all payor sources, and resident accounts receivable statements. Manages all aspects of payroll and human resources to ensure all processes and policies are performed.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High-School Diploma or equivalency required.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
· 2-4 years’ related experience or combination of education and experience required.
· Long term care experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing and energetic personality.
· Ability to multi-task while being detail oriented.
· Intermediate computer skills.
· Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
