JOB DUTIES AS RIGHT OF WAY LEASE ANALYST
Join Liberty Core Consultants as a Right of Way Lease Analyst, a pivotal role requiring proficiency in reviewing and analyzing surface leases, term easement agreements, permits, and licenses. You will be responsible for essential functions in pipeline projects, including working closely with Land Representatives, accounting teams, and other departments such as Operations, Financial Reporting, Audit, Legal, Commercial, Facilities, and Tax to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will regularly update records, tracks critical dates, input lease data, land descriptions, and relevant documents into the Land database. Additionally, digital mapping software, such as Google Earth and ArcGIS, is used routinely to visualize land parcels and boundaries, aiding in accurate land rights management.
REQUIRED SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you must have proficiency in reviewing and analyzing surface leases, term easement agreements, permits, and licenses. Attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for addressing and resolving complex issues. Familiarity with digital mapping tools for land visualization is also required
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in the administration of midstream surface rights and familiarity with easement and right-of-way (ROW) database agreement set-up are highly desirable. A Certificate in Land Management is a plus. Previous experience with contracts and document management in Midstream Energy (ROW), and proficiency with Oracle are preferred.
