Job Duties as a Right of Way Agent III

Join Liberty Core Consultants as a Temporary Right of Way Agent III, a pivotal role requiring over 10 years of expertise in land and rights of way acquisition. You will be responsible for essential functions in pipeline projects, including developing preliminary routes, cost estimates, and schedules. Your insights will shape and prepare reports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims, while you negotiate legal agreements associated with real property. Collaborating with various agencies, you'll identify and acquire essential permits at local, state, and federal levels. Your negotiation skills will come into play as you investigate and resolve damage claims, along with representing the company in public meetings and legal proceedings.

This position offers a daily rate ranging from $340 to $600, reflecting the value of your extensive experience, though it is not eligible for overtime. Join us in making a significant impact in the professional services industry!
