Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strictly adhere to enhanced infection control protocols, including PPE requirements
- Review patient charts each morning for thorough preparation
- Set up trays and equipment for daily appointments
- Turn on equipment in the morning and off at night
- Update patient medical history and screen for potential issues
- Obtain necessary imaging and record patient’s blood pressure at each appointment
- Manage supplies and instruments, restocking rooms daily
- Chart existing restorations and missing teeth
- Educate patients on oral hygiene’s importance and proper oral care steps
- Take impressions for diagnostic and opposing models
- Communicate patient conditions and concerns to the doctor during exams
- Assist the doctor during clinical exams, documenting findings and recommendations
- Educate patients on recommended treatment steps and address their questions
- Set up treatment rooms for each patient and ensure accurate treatment documentation
- Assist with the scanning and design process of dental crowns and bridges
- Familiarize yourself with all treatments provided by the office
- Assist hygiene assistant and sterilization technicians as needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
