We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to join our team. This position plays a key role in providing high-quality service to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process patient orders for DME
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for DME benefits
- Coordinate and schedule monthly DME deliveries
- Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring efficient order intake
- Collect patient information including demographics, medical history, and insurance details
- Accurately enter patient data and DME orders into our system (Brightree)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in DME customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and documentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in using the Brightree system (preferred, but not required)
