About the Role
The Regional Sales Director will expand Shearon Environmental’s presence in Central and Southern NJ, driving growth for our Princeton and Voorhees Regional Offices. This role focuses on developing and implementing a tailored sales and marketing strategy to target key markets, including homeowners’ associations, condo and apartment complexes, hospitals, schools, office and industrial complexes, and golf courses.
The successful candidate will collaborate with dynamic teams to generate new business, manage client relationships, and promote Shearon Environmental’s brand and services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet regional growth objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Sales Management
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with production and bid teams to create profitable proposals.
Multitask and manage multiple projects and sales campaigns.
Develop client-focused, solution-based proposals to address customer needs.
Support operations teams in meeting enhancement and renewal goals.
Market Analysis
Conduct research to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including HOA boards, property managers, and facilities personnel.
Work closely with internal teams to leverage technical expertise and deliver exceptional service.
Brand Promotion
Enhance brand visibility and reputation within NJ markets.
Oversee the creation of targeted marketing materials to engage prospects.
Performance Management
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated to meet daily activity benchmarks and exceed sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Expertise
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in landscaping, environmental services, B2B, or related industries.
Proven success in sales and business development with a results-driven approach.
Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Highly competitive, collaborative, and positive mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
