Position: Paraprofessional (School Based)
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to implement individualized plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students to thrive academically and socially.
Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Adhere to all school policies and guidelines, especially those related to health and safety.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Minimum
Prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational or caregiving capacity.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a rapport with students.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability to address changing student needs.
