Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Member Service Representative located in Hendersonville, TN. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to members, handling phone inquiries, processing financial transactions, and assisting with various account management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering member questions, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills

- Basic understanding of Finance and banking operations
