What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secondary Marketing/Servicing Processor position at Liberty Federal Credit Union?
Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Full-Time Secondary Market Specialist. The candidate must be detail oriented and provide an exceptional member and builder experience. Mortgage loan experience is preferred. This position will be stationed at 4405 Theater Dr, Evansville, IN, 47715. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform Secondary Market activities to achieve organizational goals, including:
- Develop a working knowledge of the mortgage loan application, pricing and origination systems
- Deliver and fund loans in Secondary Market contracts
- Update loan information in the appropriate systems to complete a loan sale or participation
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with investors
- Monitor rate locks throughout the origination process
- Work collaboratively with mortgage production and operations staff when performing job duties
- Provide excellent service when interacting with employees and members
- Assist mortgage servicing employees when needed
- Develop a working knowledge of the credit union's data and word processing systems
- Serve on the Saturday schedule on a rotating basis
- Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures
- Any other duties assigned by management
