20 year old fencing contractor seeking operations manager to help scale throughout Florida!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our fencing companies daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, strategic planning, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability
- Oversee profit and loss management to meet financial goals
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate project management activities to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team
- Implement process improvement strategies to optimize operational performance

Experience:
- Proven experience in managing operations effectively
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution
- College degree or equivalent of 5 years managing large retail service company
- Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Skilled in project management methodologies
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to lead by example
- Expertise in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of trade experience ***NO EXCEPTIONS***
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
• Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM (Contractors Cloud), and MS Office.
• Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-based project management and construction methodology
