We are seeking a highly motivated Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire sprinkler system projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire protection systems, project management, and customer relations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage fire sprinkler system projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and change orders.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage procurement of materials and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any concerns promptly.
- Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in fire sprinkler systems, construction management, or a related field.
- Certifications: NICET certification in Water-Based Systems (preferred).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire protection systems, NFPA standards, and local building codes.
- Skills:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
