Hardscape Lead

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways)
• Strong leadership skills to train and direct a crew
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape architectural plans
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, compactors)
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license (all employees operate company vehicles)

Responsibilities

• As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you will supervise and guide a skilled team to complete premium hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and full outdoor living spaces
• You will be responsible for job site management, quality control, and hands-on construction
• Lead and train a crew to execute high-quality hardscape installations
• Work hands-on with pavers, stone, and other hardscape materials
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mini excavators, loaders, compactors, and transits
• Ensure precision in grading, backfilling, and level laser use
• Manage project timelines, oversee job tracking, and maintain equipment
• Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
