- Knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Typing letters, updating Excel spreadsheets and Data Entry.
- Updating and storing business files, both electronically and physically.
- Ability to pack and lift 35 pounds boxes occasionally.
- Answering telephone calls and emails and redirecting them to other employees when appropriate.
- Copying, scanning & filing.
- Administrative support to the team.
- Maintaining Calendars and tracking of deadlines.
- Detail Oriented.
