A Jersey City community is looking for a motivated and hardworking employee to oversee a Luxury Community of Several High Rise buildings and its community streets.
We are looking for a full-time/part-time person to fill the overnight position.
Responsibilities

Schedule: Overnight Shift 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities
- Oversee the surveillance cameras for multiple Hi-Rise Luxury Buildings and surrounding Community Streets
- Secure premises by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
- Troubleshoot surveillance camera issues should they arise
- Escalate any situation that arises to the appropriate person and/or 911 Emergency
- Enforce current pandemic rules
- Enforce establishment regulations
- Reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Act as overnight fire safety officer
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position, such as a First Responder
- Comfortability with software including ButterflyMx, Avigilon VMS, Gsuite, and Access Control
- High school degree and proficiency in English
- Surveillance skills and details orientation
- Physical Requirement: Ability to jog fast or run in the case of an emergency
