What You’ll Do:
As Director of Nursing, you’ll lead our nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing, developing, and overseeing nursing administration and patient care.
- Establishing and maintaining nursing service objectives and policies.
- Ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
- Driving excellence in patient outcomes through effective leadership and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of long-term care management experience.
- Proven success as a Director of Nursing.
- Strong knowledge of MDS, care plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and PPS.
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree or higher required.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
