We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a per diem capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
The successful candidate will actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning, provide professional nursing services, and promote favorable outcomes through collaborative practice patterns and resource utilization. Accurate and thorough documentation is essential for demonstrating evidence of delivered home health services, facilitating coordination of services, and ensuring compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A successful completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state where the branch is located, with at least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term setting, and home health experience preferred but not required.
- Current knowledge of fundamental medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
- Excellent clinical nursing skills, including effective communication and interpersonal relationships.
