Liberty Hospice is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a hospice registered nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate care with an emphasis on strength, dignity, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a working knowledge of nursing theories and concepts to provide high-quality care.
- Document care and ensure it meets reimbursement guidelines.
- Coordinate physical care with the patient, family, physician, and Hospice team.
- Communicate effectively with patients/families at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least one year of hospice nursing experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of the principles and practice of nursing according to the nursing practice act, agency policies, and procedures, and reimbursement guidelines.
