About the Role
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills by planning and implementing new programs and initiatives that align with our facility's overall goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating leadership skills by planning and instituting new and innovative ideas and programs in harmony with the overall program of the Facility.
- Receiving inquiries of prospective residents and maintaining records of inquiry.
- Interviewing patients or family members of residents when application for admission is made.
- Explaining cost of care involved in appropriate level of care as determined or required by the admitting physician.
- Giving appropriate forms necessary to request adequate medical and social information, which will be returned for review.
- Working as liaison between families and hospital discharge planners, social service agencies, and physicians.
