Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN with Liberty Health, you will play a vital role in assisting the direction of nursing services for our units/halls, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist in the coordination of nursing services to ensure seamless patient care.
- Delegate tasks to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, monitoring work performance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Observe patients for signs of adverse change, including general physical and mental condition.
- Notify attending physicians of emergencies and deaths, implementing changes in orders as instructed or ordered by physicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with proof of renewal every two years.
- Ability to provide quality nursing care to patients, follow doctors' orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
- CPR certification yearly.
