Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support residents with oral hygiene, including denture care
- Accurately record patient care information, including I/O
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry
- Ability to provide compassionate care to geriatric patients
- Willingness to follow orders and attend training sessions as required
