What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN - per diem weekends position at Liberty Healthcare Corporation Career Center?
Liberty Healthcare is now hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse for weekend shifts with our newest forensic mental health program.
The goal of this program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need, so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.
The program is designed to facilitate early access to services, eliminate barriers to treatment, and restore people to competency as quickly as possible.
Services are provided to clients who are adult inmates at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
As an LVN with Liberty, you enjoy an array of responsibilities, including:
- Providing vocational nursing services to clients one-to-one and in-person
- Administering medications to patients
- Providing health education to clients
- Documenting health status and treatment progress
- Collaborating with security staff
- Consulting with physicians and clinicians
- Helping to ensure program clients receive high quality mental health services
This position will require you to work onsite at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
You can expect to be paid between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour (depending on experience).
