As an Assessor with Liberty Healthcare, you will travel regularly throughout the District of Columbia to conduct in-person client assessments in residences, nursing facilities, and hospitals.
You will assess client’s health, activities of daily living, and environmental factors to help determine their eligibility for Personal Care Aide Services and level of need.
You will assess three to four clients daily. Each client assessment takes about an hour to complete, excluding travel.
This role is limited to conducting nursing assessments only and doesn’t involve direct patient care.
As a full-time Assessor, you can expect:
- $90,000 annual salary
- Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance and 401k
- 30 days of paid time off annually for holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave
- Reimbursement for work-related mileage
The work schedule will require you to work five days each week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours.
