Liberty is hiring professionals with Master of Social Work degrees for several new Quality Reviewer positions which will provide technical assistance to Service Coordinators who conduct assessments using the interRAI-HC tool.
This is a hybrid position which will require you to work in the field and travel to various locations throughout the region approximately 50% and allow you to work from your home office approximately 50%.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Responsibilities include:
- In-person and virtual training and technical assistance with Service Coordinators
- Applying subject matter expertise with the interRAI-HC tool
- Ensuring best practices are used in the administration of the interRAI-HC tool
- Conducting quality reviews of assessments and service plans
- Proficiency testing
- Developing and implementing performance improvement plans and monitoring efficacy
- Collaborating with supervisors, managers, trainers, and educators
- Data analysis and reporting
