A full-time Nurse Practitioner position is available with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, DE.
The Stockley Center is state-of-the-art intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of services to adults who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.
As a Nurse Practitioner your responsibilities will include:
- Daily patient evaluation through rounding
- Conducting examinations and performing diagnostic tests
- Providing preventive care and treating acute and chronic health conditions
- Developing treatment plans
- Prescribing medications
- Providing consultation and health education to nursing and ancillary staff
- Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff
- Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
As a Nurse Practitioner and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:
- Annual salary between $110,000 and $125,000 (depending on experience)

You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed in Delaware as a Nurse Practitioner and have proficiency in diagnosing, treating and managing acute and chronic health conditions for adults.
