Job Description
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to consider an available part-time position with Liberty Healthcare at DHCI - a skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna, Delaware.
In this role, you will focus on providing psychiatric and mental health nursing services to older adults and people who are living with various physical and cognitive disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Evaluating patients and conducting mental status examinations
- Formulating diagnoses and developing treatment plans
- Prescribing medications - monitoring efficacy and side effects
- Charting in medical records
- Participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff
You can expect to be paid a competitive hourly compensation rate and will have the ability to work a flexible part-time schedule.
This position will require you to work onsite at DHCI 8 hours weekly on average.
