Job Description
Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for an available part-time Quality Improvement Coordinator position with our award-winning forensic mental health program at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
This cutting-edge program provides court-mandated forensic assessments, psychiatric stabilization, and restoration of competency to people who have been deemed incompetent to stand trial due to mental illness.
As Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will help Liberty Healthcare ensure the quality and consistency of our services which will result in positive clinical outcomes and improved mental health for the people we serve.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Coordinating and leading various quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Collaborating with the program’s leadership team and clinical staff
- Research and data collection
- Data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
This is a part-time position which is limited to one 8-hour day per week, with flexibility in scheduling. You will be required to work onsite at the West Valley Detention Center.
You can expect to be paid between $38.00 and $42.00 per hour (depending on qualifications).
