Liberty is now hiring for a full time Quality Reviewer’ position which involves investigating complaints regarding services administered by waiver providers and investigating critical incidents to determine root cause.
Additional responsibilities include follow up reviews to monitor resolution, compliance and quality improvement.
You can expect a salary of $48,000 plus thirty days of total paid time off annually, reimbursement for approved work-related mileage, and other perks.
Skills & Requirements
Work-related travel is variable, but you should be willing and able to travel throughout the region during daytime hours up to four days each week.
